Service Lot Attendant Responsibilities

  • Perform check-in inspections on vehicles and park them in designated areas.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers upon completion of services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Keep vehicle displays neat, organized, and presentable.
  • Clean and fuel vehicles in preparation for customer handover.
  • Assist the service and sales teams with inventory and other tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional duties to support dealership operations.

Service Lot Attendant Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Good attendance and punctuality.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
