WinnCompanies is looking for aMaintenance Supervisor IIto join our team atJuanita Nolasco Residences,a 188-unit Section 8 affordable housing community located inDenver, CO.In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of the property supervising maintenance staff at the property and perform maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will also ensure that the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives.Please note that this position pays a range of $33.91 to $36.00 per hour based on experience.
