Production Team Member

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Production Team Member to join our innovative team at VIGEO GARDENS. In this role, you will be directly involved in the full cycle of our indoor farming operations, from seed to harvest. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the high standards of quality and freshness that define our produce.

Key Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

  • Sowing seeds into grow media
  • Transplanting germinated seedlings into grow systems
  • Planting seedling plugs into grow systems
  • Harvesting and packaging produce
  • Cleaning and maintaining grow systems
  • General cleaning and upkeep of the grow facility

Training and Development:

No prior agricultural experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills needed to thrive. At VIGEO GARDENS, we are committed to fostering growth and improvement for both our team members and our business.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly lift a minimum of 30 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Frequent work at heights exceeding 3 feet (necessary equipment provided)
  • Frequent reaching above shoulders and bending below the waist
