Role Overview

We are seeking a Healthcare Client Partner to work for our client, serving as a thought leader and advisor in the Healthcare industry and will lead end-to-end engagement with strategic healthcare accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior stakeholders across providers, payers, and medtech organizations.

This role carries P&L responsibility typically in the $10M–$50M portfolio range, with accountability for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence. You will work at the intersection of healthcare business transformation and digital innovation, bringing our client full portfolio of solutions including electronic health record (EHR) modernization, AI-enabled clinical insights, payer platform transformation, regulatory compliance solutions, and patient experience digitization to your clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship & Business Development:
  • Serve as the primary relationship leader for senior stakeholders such as Chief Medical Officers, CIOs, CFOs, and Heads of Operations.
  • Drive account growth through opportunities in care delivery modernization, AI-driven diagnostics, population health, revenue cycle optimization, and cloud adoption.
  • Oversee delivery of consulting and technology programs, ensuring alignment with HIPAA, HITECH, FDA, CMS, and payer/provider regulatory standards.
  • Develop strategic account plans tailored to healthcare-specific objectives such as reducing administrative costs, improving interoperability, and enabling predictive analytics.
  • Monitor and forecast revenue and pipeline opportunities with a focus on multi-year transformation programs.
  • Collaborate with partners (Epic, Cerner, SAP for Healthcare, Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare) to co-create healthcare offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; or ≥11 years of consulting/account management/technology sales within healthcare.
  • Track record managing healthcare portfolios.
  • Experience in building CXO-level relationships and developing large proposals.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable value in healthcare digital transformation programs.

Preferred:

  • Domain knowledge across payers, providers, or medtech.
  • Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, FDA, CMS compliance.
  • Experience delivering healthcare solutions including EHR, AI/ML, RPA, cloud, and
  • analytics.
  • Familiarity with our client global delivery model and managing cross-functional teams.
