Job Summary

As an advanced practice provider, you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with physicians while also having autonomy to provide individualized direct patient care. As a provider, you will be responsible for consulting with patients, collecting and documenting patient information in the electronic medical record in a timely manner, performing physical examinations, ordering, and interpreting diagnostic procedures, providing appropriate therapeutic interventions, communicating with all members of the care team, and assisting in the coordination of patient care.

Your schedule will be Monday through Friday; day shifts only. You will not be required to work weekends nor provide call coverage.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the State of Colorado.
  • Full Prescriptive Authority in the State of Colorado.
  • Must demonstrate and maintain credentialing and licensing requirements.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS)
  • Nurse Practitioners - Must have graduated from an accredited nurse practitioner program, master's degree or higher required. Registered nurse licensure in the State of Colorado. Must be Board Certified from a national certifying board in the appropriate patient focus.
  • Physician Assistants - Must have graduated from an accredited physician assistant program, master's degree or higher required. Must be Board Certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Work Environment

  • This position will be performed on site in a medical office setting.
