About Us

SWD Bespoke is a British luxury interiors brand specialising in high-end doors and bespoke joinery, soon to open our first US showroom in West Palm Beach. We are seeking a part-time Office & Showroom Coordinator to assist in setting up and maintaining our new showroom ahead of its public launch in early November.

Role Overview

We're looking for an organised, proactive individual with experience in office and showroom setup and management. This role will be key in ensuring the smooth running of the space—from initial setup and supplier coordination to day-to-day administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee showroom setup: arrange Wi-Fi, landline, utilities, and office supplies
  • Ensure the showroom remains well-presented and fully operational
  • Support recruitment activities: posting and managing job adverts, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding
  • Appoint and manage service providers such as weekly cleaners, maintenance staff, and couriers
  • Prepare an operations manual to document processes, supplier details, and setup information for ongoing reference
  • Support the Showroom Manager with admin tasks, sample logistics, and answering incoming calls if required
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing for showroom meetings and client visits
  • Maintain stock of showroom and office materials
  • Provide general office management support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office management, administration, or showroom coordination
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Confident with IT and administrative systems (Microsoft Office)
  • Well-presented, professional, and comfortable representing a luxury brand
  • Proactive, reliable, and happy to assist wherever needed
  • Available to start immediately

Details

  • Hours: Part-time, approx. 20 hours per week (flexible and negotiable)
  • Location: West Palm Beach, Florida
  • Rate: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
  • Opportunity: This position may evolve into a permanent role for the right person once the showroom is fully operational
