The Trainer Sales Associate is an exciting position that pays you to talk to people about fitness This is a part-time position with competitive pay and commission sales. We are looking for someone that is comfortable being outgoing, selling, and meeting new people. A minimum of 1 year of Sales and Customer Service experience. We are looking for someone to facilitate a friendly and warm environment that keeps members coming back and referring their friends and family.

TSA In Studio Work Hours: Part-Time up to 30Hr per week, min 1 weekend per month & min 1 evening a week

Compensation: $12.00 Hourly Base PLUS Commission

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-year Sales and Customer Service

Duties:

  • Complete Required HOTWORX Training & CPR Certifications.

· Sell memberships by prospecting and participating in in-studio and outside promotions.

· Sell retail and learn about all products to achieve retail sales goals.

  • Perform daily operational checklists for daily/weekly/monthly monitoring.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and organization of the studio.
  • Participate in Networking Events as directed by General Manager.

· Assist General Manager with social media engagement posts, promotions, ongoing ad campaigns, and promote online engagement.

Requirements:

  • An affinity and passion for fitness.
  • Fluent in English and strong interpersonal skills on the phone and via email.
  • Strong attention to Detail with solid writing and grammar skills.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient with computers, studio software, and social media platforms.
  • In-Studio work location ONLY. NO REMOTE

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
