The Impact of a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM at Coupa:

As a Senior Talent Partner – Sales, you will have a direct impact on Coupa's growth by recruiting top-tier sales talent, including Mid-Market Account Executives, Enterprise Account Directors, RVPs/AVPs, Sales Revenue Operations, and Solution Consultants. You will strengthen the TA team's capability to build high-quality sales pipelines, enable customer growth, and secure enterprise new business. Your work will influence the scale, productivity, and effectiveness of Coupa's go-to-market organization.

The estimated pay range for this role is $128,000 - $166,500

The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
