A Little About the Role
The Senior Product Manager is someone who embraces both product strategy and day to day product management and planning. This includes managing the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. This position will partner with sales, marketing and support to ensure product outcome and customer satisfaction goals are met.
What You Will Do
- Defining the product strategy and roadmap
- Managing software development team's back log
- Experience in writing user stories and addressing real world customer needs
- Experience working within an agile development framework
- Experience using behavioral analytics to measure engagement and track product outcomes
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems and requests into actionable product insight
- Experience owning mobile application (iOS and Android) strategy and direction
- Being an expert with respect to the competition
- Developing core product value prop and partnering with marketing to develop core positioning and messaging for the product
- Use customer and market research and data analysis to communicate product vision to management and various stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
- Performing product briefings and demos for large customers
- Developing sales tools and collateral
- Proposing an overall budget to ensure success
- Briefing and training the sales force as needed
- Acting as a leader within the company
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Manager or Sr Product Manager
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent web and mobile products
- Deep understanding of mobile application release process.
- Strong foundational knowledge of leading LLMs and first-hand experience leveraging AI-tools during the product development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- Technical aptitude with experience working with development teams
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Must be able to travel 20% of the time

Salary
$115,000-$140,000/year DOE
Location
This position can be based in our Denver, CO or Atlanta, GA office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work in office a minimum of 3 days a week.
