The Opportunity
Looking for a job that's anything but routinary? As a Client Sales Representative, you'll be put directly in front of customers at outreach events. In this position, you'll connect underserved communities to essential telecom services in a commission-driven environment where numbers speak louder than titles. What You'll Do as a Client Sales Representative:
- Represent the client by actively selling wireless products and services during face-to-face outreach and enrollment events
- Enroll eligible individuals into wireless services while delivering confident, competitive presentations
- Own customer interactions from first approach to completed enrollment as a Client Sales Representative
- Hit daily and weekly enrollment targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
- Execute outreach strategies designed to maximize conversions and event success
- Track results, measure performance, and continuously improve closing techniques
- Collaborate with leadership to sharpen sales strategies and exceed benchmarks
What It Takes to Succeed as a Client Sales Representative:
- Strong competitive drive and a genuine desire to win
- Comfort working toward targets in a commission-based environment
- Confidence initiating conversations and overcoming objections
- Ability to stay focused, resilient, and motivated under pressure
- Coachability and openness to performance feedback
- Self-discipline, reliability, and consistent follow-through
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but ambition matters more
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51, $61,648.97 per year
