Veterinary Receptionist

Hope Mills Road Animal Hospital is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, and able to provide exceptional service to clients while supporting a busy clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet clients and pets upon arrival
• Manage phones, appointment scheduling, and client check-in/out
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, billing, and record maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized reception and lobby area
• Collaborate with veterinary staff to support smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Previous veterinary or medical reception experience preferred
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and workflow is helpful
• Comfortable interacting with animals and supporting basic handling needs
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Employment is contingent upon a successful background check and negative drug screening.

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour
