Position Description
Gibson Dental is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional to manage, maintain, and grow a well-established territory in the surrounding areas of Gainesville, overlapping in Georgia and Tennessee, as well as into South Carolina and parts of North Carolina.
General Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain, present, promote, and sell dental prosthetics to existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Call on and convert company provided customer leads and generate new leads through B2B cold calling.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints in coordination with the lab to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales quotas.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure smooth customer transitioning and satisfaction.
- Use CRM and case management software to report on sales activities, pipelines, customer needs, problems, interests, activities, and potential.
- Continuously improve through feedback and training.
Requirements
- 5 years B2B sales experience (Dental Preferred)
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, relationship building, and communication skills.
- Efficient in territory and time management.
- Ability to create and deliver custom sales pitches to specific audiences needs.
- Bachelor's Degree or Industry Trade Equivalent (RDH, DA)
