This position will work with Design Engineers, Product Engineers, and Applications Engineers to develop new power IC's. Senior Staff Test Engineer will be an individual contributor with minimal supervision in ATE hardware development, test software development, data analysis, and strong fundamentals of root cause analysis.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Develop multi-site ATE (ETS88/ETS800/Acco 8300) test hardware and software to release to production.
  • Run temperature characterization
  • Data analysis
  • Production support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering
  • Experienced with schematic software such as ORCAD or Allegro
  • Experience with Teradyne Eagle Test Systems (ETS88/ETS364/ETS800) preferred.
  • Experience with testing PWM controller, DRMOS/SPS and e-fuse preferred
  • Strong software skills (C, C++)
  • Self starter
