We are seeking dedicated, versatile individuals to join us as Parking Attendants / Shuttle Drivers. This role combines guest transportation, light landscaping, parking lot safety, and more to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for our guests.

Position Overview

As a Parking Attendant / Shuttle Driver, you'll play a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction by providing safe, clean, and efficient parking services, maintaining parking lot security, and improving the property's overall curb appeal. this position will require you to work outside, walking around the lot.

Key Responsibilities

Parking Lot Safety & Security

  • Monitor and maintain the parking area to ensure guest safety and proper vehicle flow.

  • Enforce parking policies and address any security concerns promptly.

  • Ensure proper signage and clear pathways for guests and vehicles.

  • Report safety concerns to management.

Light Landscaping Duties

  • Perform light landscaping tasks around the parking area and entrance, such as basic lawn care, plant maintenance, and ensuring the area is tidy and welcoming.

  • Ensure the pool area is clean and organized

Guest Service & Shuttle Driving

  • Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests upon arrival and departure.

  • Safely operate the hotel shuttle upon request, ensuring timely and comfortable transportation to and from the airport.

  • Assist guests with luggage, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

  • Maintain the Shuttle clean

Other Reasonable Duties

  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the property management team to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to lift and move luggage and perform light landscaping tasks.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.

  • We have various shifts available, including overnight
