Join a leading luxury retail brand in the heart of New York City as our next Client Experience Lead. We're looking for a poised, passionate, and proactive individual with a flair for hospitality and an instinct for delivering memorable experiences. In this client-facing role, you'll support daily store operations while championing a culture of exceptional service and personalized attention.

Key Responsibilities
· Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering a personalized, high-touch experience that exceeds client expectations
· Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and thoughtful outreach
· Partner with store leadership to elevate the client journey—from first impression to ongoing engagement
· Support in developing clienteling strategies to drive traffic, build loyalty, and grow the client base
· Actively contribute to a positive, service-focused team culture rooted in collaboration and accountability
· Help maintain an inspiring in-store environment that reflects brand values and visual standards
· Assist with day-to-day store operations, including helping to arrange deliveries and coordinate basic logistics
· Support the overall flow and function of the store by assisting with scheduling, supply coordination, and ensuring the space is consistently guest-ready
Qualifications
· 2–3+ years of experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality
· Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate client relationships
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
· Familiarity with retail operations
· Confident, polished communicator with professional demeanor and discretion
· Passionate about building a welcoming and inspiring store environment
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience
