We are seeking a passionate and energetic Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic educational environment. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive curricula tailored to early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
- Design engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori principles, standardized testing preparation, and hands-on activities to stimulate curiosity and learning.
- Manage classroom environments effectively by applying behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive space.
- Support children with special education needs through individualized instruction, early intervention strategies, and collaboration with specialists.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress, prepare reports on developmental milestones, and adjust teaching approaches accordingly.
- Foster open communication with parents and guardians regarding student achievements, behavioral concerns, and developmental progress.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, assessments, and other classroom documentation in compliance with childcare regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across early childhood subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and child welfare practices.
- Hands-on experience with classroom management techniques suitable for toddlers through preschool-aged children.
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and best practices for early intervention and special education accommodations.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or other alternative educational philosophies is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $45, $55,000.00 per year
