Front Desk Receptionist

Skills
Pleasant, warm personality, energetic, highly professional attitude, appearance and attire, and team-oriented. Excellent verbal communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Loves to work with people. A strong background in customer service is preferred. A background in estate planning would be preferred but not required.
Duties
· Answer and direct all incoming calls within the third ring.
· Distribute phone messages to other team members.
· Warmly greet all clients, vendors and prospects that visit the office.
· Schedule appointments for prospects.
· Register seminar attendees.
· Keep the reception lobby clean and organized at all times.
· Perform other duties as assigned by paralegals or attorneys.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
