About the Role

Our construction company is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative & Project Coordinator to support daily office operations and assist with project scheduling, invoicing, and communication between clients, field teams, and subcontractors. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, multitasking, and contributing to the smooth flow of construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Review and enter invoices and process weekly payments
  • Manage weekly project schedules and coordinate with field crews and subcontractors
  • Schedule city inspections and track approval status
  • Send client invoices and update payment records
  • Assist with preparing and tracking change orders
  • Order materials or coordinate deliveries when needed
  • Maintain organized digital project folders and documentation
  • Provide customer support via phone and email
  • Assist project managers with general administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience (construction experience preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar tools is a plus
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Playa del Rey, CA 90293
