Position Summary
Working in close partnership with the Boston Medical Center Health System Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Chair of Medicine, the Vice President (VP) of the Department of Medicine (DOM) holds a pivotal leadership role. The VP is accountable for guiding a broad portfolio of functions, including administrative operations, fiscal planning and oversight, clinical operations and strategy, research systems, leadership development, regulatory compliance, and administrative infrastructure.
