Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Instructor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about Taekwondo and physical education, with a focus on fostering a positive learning environment for students. The Assistant Instructor will support lead instructors. This position is perfect for those looking to gain experience in coaching and working with students of all ages.

Responsibilities

  • Assist lead instructors in planning and implementing lesson.
  • Provide guidance and support to students during classes, ensuring safety and proper technique.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for all activities.
  • Help manage equipment and supplies necessary for each class.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation from all students.
  • Engage with parents or guardians regarding student progress when necessary.

Qualifications

  • At least 1year of Taekwondo experience.
