The Role:

As a Field Development Specialist – US Hispanic, you will be a driving force behind Plexus' strategic growth within the U.S. Hispanic community. You'll empower brand ambassadors to expand their reach, build thriving businesses, and foster meaningful customer relationships. Through your leadership, cultural insight, and bilingual communication skills, you'll create impactful training programs, host dynamic in-person and virtual events, and develop tools that drive measurable business growth. What You Will Accomplish (KPIs):
  • Market Expansion: Drive a 15–20% increase in ambassador and customer growth within the Hispanic Market in your first year through strategic development city initiatives and leadership training.
  • Ambassador Development: Host monthly opportunity meetings and trainings reaching 200+ ambassadors, with at least 75% reporting improved confidence and sales performance.
  • Cultural Engagement: Lead the creation or adaptation of 10+ Spanish-language training and marketing tools that reflect cultural relevance and drive higher engagement.
  • Event Excellence: Achieve 95% satisfaction ratings for Hispanic Market events and trainings based on post-event surveys.
  • Collaboration & Execution: Deliver all cross-functional projects on time and within scope, aligning closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Training, and Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Growth Planning: Partner with Field Development Leadership to design and execute a comprehensive growth plan for the U.S. Hispanic Market, focusing on ambassador development and retention.
  • Ambassador Coaching & Training: Build relationships of trust and influence by coaching field leaders, identifying needs, and providing solutions that elevate their performance.
  • Cultural Enablement: Collaborate with Marketing and third-party translators to create culturally relevant materials and adapt core tools to fit Hispanic Market needs.
  • Opportunity Presentations: Develop and deliver impactful in-person and virtual opportunity meetings to engage new prospects and existing ambassadors.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Sales, Events, Communications, and Training to ensure successful execution of Hispanic Market initiatives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Create and maintain SOPs and scalable processes to improve field operations and project execution.
  • Event Representation: Attend Hispanic Market events, development city launches, and major company gatherings to promote engagement and community.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve tools, and enhance the ambassador experience.
Performance-Based Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

Experience:

  • Minimum: 3 years of experience in sales, field development, or project coordination
  • Preferred: 3+ years in the direct sales or network marketing industry, with bilingual training or community development experience

Demonstrated Expertise:

  • Bilingual Leadership: Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to inspire and communicate across cultural lines.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to coach, train, and engage field leaders to meet business objectives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Experience designing and executing growth initiatives tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working with diverse teams to deliver projects that align with company strategy.

Required Skills:

  • Confident, articulate communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting dashboards and reports.
  • Exceptional follow-through, organization, and attention to detail.
