ONSITE 3 days per week (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

Seeking to hire an experienced Agile practitioner with deep Agile knowledge and practical experience in driving Agile transformations, coaching teams, and applying Agile best practices to drive technology delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


• Provide wide range of Agile coaching and operational support to one or more product domains or horizontal departments, each of which is a scaled team of teams.

· A trusted partner and advisor to the group's leadership. Sharing the goal of efficient value delivery to our customers, you will be guiding the teams on the Agile ways of working in their day-to-day operations.

· Guided by the enterprise framework and based on data, you will tailor coaching and guidance to meet your customer's unique needs.

· Operational responsibilities may include providing Agile tools support, facilitating planning and other ceremonies, delivering documentation and training, enforcing standards compliance, and gathering metrics

· Assisting leadership with reporting, and risk and dependency management.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

· Must have obtained CSM or equivalent certifications (ie PMI-ACP; ICAgile, CAL, ICP, etc)

· Deep knowledge of various Agile frameworks/methods is required – Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.

· 7+ years coaching multiple technology teams through Agile transformation and maturation, including leveraging metrics and KPIs.

· 5+ years of experience working in hands-on roles leading or coordinating complex technology delivery (software development preferred) across multiple teams, using Agile methods.

· Practical understanding of software development and CI/CD processes.

· Worked in large enterprises with matrix structures and strong governance and compliance requirements.

· Concise and impactful communication skills with the ability to adapt to different levels of audiences.

· Proven track record of influencing without clear authority, both up and down.

· Highly proficient with Jira and Confluence, as well as other common productivity tools.
