quench is seeking an
Account Strategist
to join our growing team of brand-builders, food-lovers, and culture-shapers. We're an insight-driven creative agency focused on helping food and beverage brands thrive and we're looking for someone who can help us turn big ideas into measurable impact.

In this role, you'll bridge strategy and execution serving as a trusted partner to clients, leading day-to-day initiatives, and collaborating across teams to deliver work that drives results and builds strong relationships.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the key liaison between client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability
  • Support the development of strategic marketing plans, creative briefs, and integrated campaigns
  • Partner with creative, media, and analytics teams to connect insights to execution
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects running smoothly
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships rooted in trust and proactive thinking

What you'll bring:

  • 4–7 years of agency experience in strategy, account management, or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of business and brand strategy with the ability to translate goals into actionable plans.
  • Excellent client relationship skills, personable yet professional, able to earn long-term trust and navigate challenging conversations with empathy and clarity.
  • A strategic mindset that's grounded in curiosity, data, and collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Travel:

This position requires travel that, at times, could be up to 50% of the time, primarily for client meetings, presentations, and internal collaboration across Pavone Group office locations.
