What you'll do

  • Develop and implement innovative curriculum tailored to the unique needs of preschool and toddler-aged children.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
  • Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions and support social-emotional development.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure effective communication regarding each child's progress and well-being.
  • Conduct assessments to monitor student development in areas such as literacy, math, and physical education.
  • Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies.
  • Plan engaging lessons that incorporate hands-on activities, promoting literacy education and childhood development.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood education principles, including Montessori methods.

Preferred qualifications

  • Background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management.
  • Experience with standardized testing and tutoring techniques to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Knowledge of child welfare practices to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
