Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly cut, trim, debone, and portion various meats and seafood.
  • Advise customers on selections and cooking techniques for meat and seafood.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butchery area, adhering to strict food safety guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory, track waste, and order supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter.
  • Knowledge of proper handling and storage techniques for meat and seafood.
  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
