Our firm is growing, and we are seeking an experienced, highly capable attorney to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time Associate Attorney role based on-site in the Greater Seattle Area. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling client consultations, crafting legal strategies, drafting and reviewing contracts, and preparing legal documents. Daily tasks also include drafting and reviewing legal documents, researching legal precedents, representing clients during negotiations, and assisting in courtroom litigation as necessary. Active communication with clients and collaboration with the legal team is expected to ensure superior client service.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA)
  • Professional proficiency in Korean (reading, writing, and client-facing communication)
  • 2+ years of post-bar experience (we will consider outstanding candidates outside this range)
  • Demonstrated excellence in written advocacy and record-ready filings (briefs, motions, and declarations)

Preferred/Bonus Qualifications

  • California Bar admission
    (active or eligible for swift activation)
  • Federal practice experience, including
    U.S. District Court for the Eastern/Western Districts of Washington
    (EDWA/WDWA)
  • Familiarity with
    immigration, business law, or estate planning
    is beneficial
  • Comfort working with Korean-speaking clients
    and cross-border fact patterns
