•What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting our doctors chairside during a variety of dental procedures
  • Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments to keep things safe and smooth
  • Taking dental x-rays and impressions with confidence and care
  • Educating patients before and after procedures with a calm, friendly approach
  • Keeping detailed and accurate patient records
  • Supporting the front office when needed with a flexible, team-focused mindset
  • Helping to create a warm, welcoming experience that puts patients at ease

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience as a dental assistant (preferred) or recently graduated from a dental assisting program
  • Radiography certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Familiarity with EagleSoft is a plus
  • Receptive to feedback and direction from Dr. and team members
  • Maintains a professional and disciplined approach to assigned duties
  • Strong communication and patient care skills—you know how to connect and comfort
  • Highly organized, reliable, and adaptable to the flow of a busy office
  • Positive, team-first attitude—you love pitching in and lifting others up
