Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Spa Coordinator to oversee daily operations and enhance the client experience at our spa. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and experience in retail or hospitality environments. This role involves managing appointments, promoting spa products and services, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the spa. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate spa services to ensure efficient operations
  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service through phone etiquette and in-person interactions
  • Upsell spa treatments, products, and packages to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Conduct product demos and educate clients on spa offerings and retail items
  • Supervise staff members, including training on POS systems, merchandising, stocking, and retail sales techniques
  • Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and retail math accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail areas and stock shelves accordingly
  • Assist with merchandising efforts to promote new products or seasonal items
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the spa environment

Skills

  • Proficiency with POS systems and cashiering procedures
  • Supervising experience in retail or service settings
  • Ability to perform product demos effectively and confidently promote merchandise
  • Bilingual communication skills preferred for serving diverse clients
  • Strong phone etiquette with excellent customer service skills
  • Upselling techniques to enhance client engagement and sales performance
  • Experience with merchandising, stocking, and retail sales processes
  • Basic math skills for transactions, cash handling, and retail calculations
  • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
  • Familiarity with grocery store or retail environments is a plus for understanding inventory management
