What You'll Do

Our CSRs are the face and voice of STVO — the first impression our clients receive and the steady support they rely on throughout their visit. You'll:

• Greet clients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
• Schedule patient appointments and surgeries accurately
• Answer and triage incoming calls, messages, and emails
• Coordinate with referring veterinarians to gather medical records
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and review estimates
• Keep clients informed about wait times and patient updates
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Collaborate with technicians and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow
• Assist with medication refills and daily end-of-day closeouts

You're an excellent communicator with a heart for animals and a head for details. You love connecting with people, can juggle multiple tasks gracefully, and thrive in a team environment.

Position Details

• Part-Time: 25-30 hours per week (Monday–Friday availability preferred)
• Shifts typically between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Occasional evening flexibility may be required
• Compensation based on experience
