ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes logs and other paperwork as required.
- Possesses knowledge of events and activities within the Erie community and on property in order to provide information as requested by guests.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of all amenities on property in order to actively market those amenities to guests.
- Implementing promotions and events in accordance to promotional rules and guidelines.
- Perform casino announcements in a clear, concise, upbeat manner.
- Possesses an engaging personality that is detail oriented and able to complete tasks and meet deadlines in a highly time sensitive environment.
- Assist the Casino Hosts service guests through issuing comps, player cards, and general account servicing.
- Other duties may be assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS

LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.
MATH ABILITY
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Microsoft Office experience required.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service experience required.

The noise level is moderate. Candidate will be exposed to smoke when on the casino floor and in the Cage. Candidate must possess good interpersonal skills, be organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Candidate will be exposed to all types of weather.
