ERD Medical Equipment Solutions is expanding in Las Vegas and seeking a Field Service Technician (BMET / Field Service Tech II level). This role is mostly independent and hands-on, supporting healthcare clients with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

At ERD, our Biomedical Equipment Technicians (BMETs) are essential to ensuring safe, reliable, and high-performing medical devices in hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers. This role blends hands-on technical work with strong customer service and field-based responsiveness. Technicians support our clients through preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment evaluations, and clinical staff education—all while upholding the highest quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on biomedical equipment
  • Work independently at client sites with professionalism
  • Learn and train on specialty systems and equipment
  • Document service activity in our CMMS system

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years biomedical/field service experience (preferred)
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license; local travel required
