Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential customers directly at their homes or businesses to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to effectively negotiate and close sales. This is for selling Roofs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to prospective clients in assigned territories
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Build rapport with customers through professional and friendly interactions
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
  • Engage in outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to generate new business opportunities
  • Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales preferred
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Familiarity with outbound calling, telemarketing, and marketing strategies
  • Prior experience in business development or marketing roles is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a door-to-door environment while maintaining professionalism and persistence
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $10, $20,000.00 per month
