Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lawn Care Technician located in Boise, ID. The Lawn Care Technician will be responsible for performing regular lawn maintenance tasks, inspecting lawns for health and pest issues, applying fertilizer and herbicides, and insecticides. This role requires direct interaction with clients to ensure their satisfaction and the ability to provide solutions for lawn care and pest-related concerns.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge or experience in lawn maintenance, pest control, and horticultural practices is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining lawn care equipment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and solve problems efficiently
  • Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant certification is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
