Job Overview

We are need a reliable and committed Warehouse/Driver as addition to our growing team. This role combines warehouse duties with driving responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations and timely deliveries with emphasis on customer service and occasional overtime. The ideal candidate should be willing to be trained, have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, can fluently communicate in English and the ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, stand reach lift etc. Computer literacy an advantage.

Duties

  • Safely operate vehicles including but not limited to strapping machines, pallet jack, forklift and stand lift, and warehouse equiptments.
  • Accomplish timely deliveries efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations without affecting customer service.
  • Load and unload goods using pallet jacks and other equipment whenever necessary.
  • Willing to render occasional overtime before and after office hours and weekends.
  • Can work independently and collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
  • Willing to submit to necessary requirements for certifications and other OSHA compliance.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a van driver or in a similar warehouse/driving role.
  • Familiarity with route driving safety practices and logistics.
  • Proficient in using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred but not required.
