The Center at Cordera, which serves patients needing physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care, is seeking a Director of Nursing Services. The ideal candidate will hold a CO RN license and possess 2 + years' experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility with acute/sub-acute experience.

Primary Roles to include:

  • Provide direct supervision to nurses as well as lead, direct and monitor the delivery of health care and related health and medical services.
  • Provide leadership to assure compliance with local, state and federal regulations, and nursing practice standards.
  • Provide effective nurse management (hiring, development, training, performance feedback, etc.) that assures utilization of personnel to best meet the needs of the people receiving supports and services.
