What we're looking for:

We're on the lookout for a Fitness Expert who possesses boundless energy, contagious enthusiasm, and a deep knowledge of fitness principles. Your primary goal will be to inspire and guide our members towards achieving their personal fitness aspirations. Whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or overall well-being, you'll be their go-to expert, creating personalized workout plans and providing valuable advice and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one fitness assessments and consultations to understand members' goals and needs.
  • Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual abilities, preferences, and objectives.
  • Lead energizing and engaging group fitness classes that cater to various skill levels and interests.
  • Provide hands-on instruction, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize results.
  • Monitor members' progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness programs.
  • Offer guidance on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and overall wellness to complement their fitness journey.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that motivates and encourages members to push their limits.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Certified fitness professional (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM) with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and inspire individuals of all fitness levels.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and relatable manner.
  • Energetic and motivating presence with the ability to lead and engage a group.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our members' needs.
  • Previous experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or related fields is a plus.
