Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing insightful reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes across various projects. Duties

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key business metrics.
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and Talend to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Design and optimize database structures in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle to support efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Lead data integration efforts through ETL processes, ensuring data quality and consistency across multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for analytics solutions.
  • Support project management activities by applying Agile methodologies and managing SDLC phases for analytics projects.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic initiatives based on data insights.
  • Assist in database design, data modeling, and linked data integration to enhance data accessibility and usability.
  • Utilize Visio for process mapping and documentation of workflows related to data systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong portfolio of analytics projects.
  • Proficiency in SQL programming along with experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), Talend, and SDLC methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes, database design principles, linked data concepts, and data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management practices and business analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Visio for process documentation is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
