Position Title: Senior Wireless System Integration & Validation Specialist

Position Overview

The Senior Wireless System Integration & Validation Specialist will oversee comprehensive integration and validation for the organization's current and next-generation wireless technical platforms. This role manages the end-to-end lifecycle of integration and testing activities, ensuring robust cross-functional teamwork and high-quality output throughout development and deployment phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team dedicated to evaluating multi-disciplinary wireless communication platforms.
  • Devise, implement, and review systematic validation strategies, protocols, and automation frameworks to guarantee comprehensive system integrity.
  • Analyze diagnostic reports, performance logs, and test data, pinpointing technical issues and collaborating in resolution efforts.
  • Direct root-cause investigations for system anomalies, supporting hardware, software, and firmware teams for optimal outcomes.
  • Specify, select, and deploy software solutions and simulation tools to streamline validation, scenario modeling, and continuous improvement.
  • Document and communicate detailed testing outcomes for cross-functional audiences, spanning engineering disciplines and program management.
  • Build and sustain skilled validation teams by leveraging internal resources and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary technical teams and hands-on validation planning.
  • Prior involvement in protocol creation and detailed evaluation for wireless or satellite systems.

  • Ability to work flexible hours according to project needs.
  • Prolonged computer-based work, occasional equipment operation, and moderate lifting (up to 15 pounds).
