The role involves full product lifecycle ownership—from concept and schematic design through PCB layout review, testing, and engineering change management. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop
    mixed-signal circuits
    (analog and digital) for electronic products
  • Perform
    schematic capture
    using ECAD tools and support
    PCB/PCBA layout guidance and reviews
  • Support product development
    from concept through validation and release
  • Conduct
    bench-level testing
    and support formal verification and validation activities
  • Lead or support
    engineering change requests (ECRs) and engineering change orders (ECOs)
  • Perform
    root cause analysis
    and participate in quality investigations and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and mechanical engineering
  • Prepare and maintain
    technical documentation
    , test reports, and design records
  • Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years
    of professional electrical engineering experience
  • 3+ years
    of hands-on experience in
    mixed-signal PCB/PCBA design
  • Strong knowledge of
    analog and digital circuit design
  • Experience with
    ECAD tools
    for schematic capture
  • Understanding of
    PCB layout best practices
    and design reviews
  • Experience with
    engineering change management processes
  • Proficiency in
    debugging, testing, and failure analysis
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in industrial or safety-critical products
  • Familiarity with compliance, validation, and quality systems
  • Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
