The Opportunity

If so, then we encourage you to apply TeamWorx Security is seeking a Solutions Engineer with an expertise in the Cyber industry to join our growing team As the Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients' needs.

The Solutions Engineer will have the ability to convey complex information clearly and demonstrate their technical proficiency when presenting to both technical and business leaders. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored technical solutions, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and a fast-paced approach to ensure successful implementation and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide our customers throughout the evaluation process of our products and ensure that our solution meets business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops to showcase the value of our product and service offerings.
  • Drive the discovery process, helping to uncover our customer's current pains and align to their business or mission objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and demonstrations that tell TeamWorx Security's differentiated story.
  • Partner with customers to design solutions that drive value and significant business or mission impact.
  • Manage and analyze business process engineering techniques by reviewing user requirements, procedures and processes.
  • Effectively communicate with a team consisting of Cyber and Intel Experts, Engineers, and Business Development managers.
  • Gather requirements and functional specifications, assessing current solutions in place to identify areas of improvement.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for clients during the sales process, addressing questions and concerns about our team's solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Cyber Subject Matter Expert, or similar role.
  • Experience working in government contracting preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude, understanding of cybersecurity tools and concepts, cloud technology concepts, and the US Government's cyber missions.
