Who We're Looking For:

● Reliable, trustworthy individuals with a valid driver's license with (or willing to obtain) an F Endorsement and clean driving record.

● DOT Medical Certificate (or willing to obtain)

● Someone who enjoys helping others—our passengers rely on you for safe, reliable transport.

● A self-starter who loves the freedom to manage their own schedule.

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time

Base Pay: $15.00 per hour plus commission

Commission Per Completed Trip

Local Trips (Within County of Origin):

  • Short Range (0–15 miles): $2 per trip
  • Mid Range (16–30 miles): $3.50 per trip
  • Long Range (31–45 miles): $5 per trip

Long-Distance Trips (Out-of-County):

  • No hourly pay for long-distance trips
  • $0.45 per mile for completed trips
  • $0.32 per mile for deadhead miles (return trips without passengers)

Shift:

● Day shift

● Evening shift

● Morning shift

Work Days:

● Monday to Friday

Experience:

● Driving: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

● Smyrna, TN: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

● 100% (Required)

Work Location: On the road
