WHO WE NEED:

We're AMK Studio, a soulful, women-led architecture firm making waves in California and beyond. We're small but mighty, creative but grounded, and growing.

You are:

• The calm eye in the storm
• A systems thinker who doesn't kill the vibe
• Obsessed with getting things done and making things better
• Energized by small wins, organized drawers, and inbox zero
• Emotionally intelligent and self-starting
• Equally happy coordinating a podcast launch or restocking the snacks
• Ready to grow into a bigger role (if that's your thing)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:Brand & Podcast Support

• Manage podcast production schedules and materials
• Write engaging social media captions and content
• Create basic marketing assets (in Canva or with support)
• Coordinate with editors for clips and reels

Studio Operations

• Organize meetings (agendas, notes, follow-ups)
• Schedule client calls, podcast guests, and internal check-ins
• Answer phones when you are in the office
• Project filing/record keeping
• Hospitality and tidy shared spaces…keep the vibe alive (snacks, plants, supplies)
• Help with bookkeeping prep and light invoicing

Culture & Accountability

• Build light systems to keep our team aligned
• Track recurring priorities and to-dos
• Plan birthdays, rituals, and micro-moments of joy
• Translate our big ideas into action

Optional (but awesome if you're into it):

• Branding templates, podcast editing, analytics tracking
• Refining internal systems as we scale

LIFESTYLE & PERKS

• Ideally work from Newport Beach HQ at least some of the time, but flexibility to work off site with staff in the Los Feliz/Glendale vicinity and/or with some hybrid WFH.

JOB TYPE, COMPENSATION & DETAILS:

• Role: Creative Operations & Studio Coordinator
• Location: Newport Beach, CA (primarily in-office, but with negotiable flexibility to work off site with staff in LA and/or hybrid WFH)
• Type: Part-time to start hours/week)
• Pay: $20 to $36 per hour, based on experience
