Position Summary
We are hiring a
Millwright
to perform assembly and installation work for new automated systems across North America. This role supports on-site technician teams and involves extensive travel to various customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, align, and dismantle industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals to plan work procedures
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend effective solutions
• Operate hoists, cranes, and hand/power tools to move and position equipment
• Assemble, adjust, and calibrate machinery components to required tolerances
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to support operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a millwright or industrial mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and technical drawings
• Skilled in using precision tools and measuring instruments
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Completion of a recognized millwright apprenticeship or equivalent training (preferred)
• Comfortable working at heights and in dynamic jobsite environments
• 100% domestic and international travel required for long-term assignments
• Valid driver's license (required); valid passport (strongly preferred)
