Elegant Beauty Supplies is one of the largest retail beauty products and hair extension suppliers in the United States. The company also carries a full line of professional salon products, beauty electronics, barber supplies, and accessories. It is an exciting place to work.

Being a part of the Elegant Beauty Supplies Management Team, you are an elevated member of the store leadership team. The successful candidates will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

· You will act as "Director in Charge" and will set the tone in the store by keeping the employees motivated and handling any client or brand issues efficiently and effectively.

· Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance by demonstrating excellent client service and maintaining objective and professional relationships with brand partners, key stakeholders, peers, and supervisors.

We think you would be great for this role if you have:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management.

· Flexibility to work during "peak" retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude.

· Outstanding communication and listening skills as well as proficient presentation skills.

· Exhibit knowledge of beauty products and educate clients on the latest beauty trends.

· Ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a team to be their best self.

· Demonstrated passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.

Starting at:

· $17
