Schedule: M-Th, only 1 Sat per month (M/T/Th 8-6, W 11:30-7 and Sa 8-2)
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients in the dental office
- Prepare patients for treatment ensuring their comfort
- Select and set up instruments, equipment and materials needed for each procedure
- Learn to assist the dentist and dental hygienist
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Maintain exceptional infection control standards
- Follow HIPAA regulations
- Provide oral hygiene instructions and post-operative care instructions
- Keep the treatment rooms clean and well-stocked
- Maintain incoming and outgoing lab cases
- Update dental supplies order list and stock supplies
- Assist in equipment maintenance
- Assist in office clerical tasks, as needed
