About the Role:
The Front Office Admin plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility by managing the front desk and providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors. This position is responsible for coordinating appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records, which are essential for efficient patient flow and satisfaction. In addition to general front office responsibilities, the Front Office Admin will oversee the functions of both the TMS Coordinator and the Spravato Coordinator, ensuring these programs are well-organized, compliant, and aligned with the highest standards of patient care. The Front Office Admin will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate communication and support the overall administrative functions of the office. By creating a welcoming environment and providing leadership in these specialized areas, this role significantly contributes to the positive experience of patients and their families. Ultimately, the Front Office Admin is vital in upholding the standards of care and professionalism that our facility is known for.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient patient flow.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with regulations.
- Assist with billing and insurance verification processes as needed.
