Norman Love Confections currently has a Warehouse Fulfillment / Shipping Supervisor position available in Fort Myers. This position is responsible for managing the fulfillment & shipping processes from order receipt to delivery; will assist in supervising a team of shipping associates and work closely with other cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, packaging and production to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. The individual will also be responsible for helping leadership in developing and implementing strategies that improve fulfillment speed, accuracy and customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position with full company benefits. Hours are typically Monday through Friday starting at 8:00am and vary based on the needs of the business. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required during peak times. Applicants should understand that this is a physically demanding position and requires that employees be able to stand for the duration of their work shift. An ideal candidate will have prior related warehouse and supervisory experience.
