Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager, where your leadership will drive the successful delivery of complex projects across various sectors. You will be at the forefront of project management, utilizing your expertise in methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Your ability to manage change, facilitate meetings, and engage stakeholders will be key in navigating challenges and achieving project goals.

What you'll do

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the entire project management lifecycle, from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Implement effective change management strategies to address evolving project needs.
  • Utilize project management software such as Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project for scheduling and tracking progress.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates, resolve conflicts, and negotiate project terms.
  • Apply quality management principles to ensure deliverables meet established standards and expectations.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of PMBOK guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with program development and design using methodologies like SAFe or Kanban.
  • Strong analytical skills for data collection and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow for effective project coordination.
