Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills including carpentry, drywall, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and restoration industry experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects such as remodeling, new construction, repairs, and water damage restoration. The will be responsible for executing various tasks with precision and professionalism to ensure high-quality results across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation to accurately plan projects
• Execute trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and cabinetry installation with attention to detail
• Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
• Install fixtures, doors, siding, stucco, drywall (including plastering), flooring (tile laying), and roofing systems
• Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and water damage restoration tasks
• Handle plumbing and electrical installations or repairs in accordance with safety standards
• Apply caulking and perform siding or stucco repairs as needed for restoration projects
• Engage in remodeling activities including cabinetry, door hanging, construction painting, and fixture installation
• Assist with mold remediation and water damage restoration efforts on-site
• Utilize schematics and blueprints to guide project execution while adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting and working at heights

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim and framing), roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, or related fields
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication processes
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation
• Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety procedures
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently
• Knowledge of restoration processes such as mold remediation and water damage repair is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work
• Prior experience in the restoration industry or remodeling is highly desirable
• Valid certifications or licenses related to construction trades are advantageous
