Job Description:

  • Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, architecture, and technology leadership,
  • Consulting Mindset: Proven ability to rapidly assess complex client environments, develop immediate credibility with executive stakeholders, and drive change in a short-term, high-pressure context.
  • Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge in enterprise architecture patterns, including domain-driven design, event-driven architectures, and API gateway design.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Deep expertise and certified experience in AWS
  • Technical Expertise is needed in JAVA & Spring Boot
  • Proficient in Database Designs

Scope of Work
This role requires a direct contribution to technical quality and guidance:

  • Review Code: Perform high-impact code reviews on critical components to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to security standards.
  • Do High Level Solutioning for the Dev Team: Lead the initial design and technical feasibility discussions for new features and large projects.
  • Provide Technology Guidance & Oversight to the Dev Team: Offer technical mentorship, establish best practices, and ensure the team is aligned with the overall architectural vision.
